what to expect

Improve breath control, posture, balance, strength and flexibility with the use of dynamic stretches, pose and postures, to increase strength, flexibility, circulation and balance wile reducing stress, preventing injuries to benefit both body and mind.
Classes will include vinyasa flow which is "movement with breath" and Hatha practice which is "holding poses longer."

What to wear/bring: Comfortable clothing, shoes/socks are optional during the class, yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own), water.

Saturdays 9-9:45 am  (Instructor: June Silveia) 
Tuesdays 6- 6:45 pm (Instructor:  Brenda Jo) 

* Yoga takes place in Room 7 of our education building. (Door located by gym entrance) *

Great Options to Best Fit Your Needs

1. Ortega Sports Monthly Membership : The membership is a month-to-month membership giving members access to ALL instructor led classes for a low monthly fee of *$40 per month.  

2. Pay Per Class : To drop-in for one class or bring a friend, the cost is $15 per class. Paid by cash or check.
