What to expect

6 station workout. Well. Dumbbells, TRX Suspension Trainers, resistance bands and body weight bring a variety of dynamic exercises that are paired with timed intervals to strengthen and condition our bodies and cardiovascular health, improving elements of daily function!

What to wear/bring: Athletic or comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes and water bottle.

1. Ortega Sports Monthly Membership : The membership is a month-to-month membership giving members access to ALL instructor led classes for a low monthly fee of *$40 per month.

2. Pay Per Class : To drop-in for one class or bring a friend, the cost is $15 per class. Paid by cash or check.
